Online purchases are eligible for an exchange, credit, or refund within 7 days of receiving.
Refunds are only available for online purchases and must be returned by mail. Merchandise returned in store will only be eligible for exchange or credit. Returned items must be in original condition- unworn, un washed, undamaged, with tags attached.

Lingerie, earrings, cosmetics, and items marked as “Final Sale” will not be eligible for a refund, return, or an exchange.
